When Joe met Lindy in the summer of 2002, the connection was instant, although it wasn't until over a year later that he saw her perform for the first time. Shortly thereafter, he began to take the initiative on his own to further Lindy's progress with the band by making calls and gathering information about venues, developing the band's MySpace profile and using it to promote shows, delivering demo CDs and press kits to venues and following up with them until shows were booked. Recognizing the rarity and value of his unsolicited support, the band officially named Joe as Band Manager in 2005.

When you meet Joe at a show, he is likely to be running sound, selling CDs or making his way around to every person in the building with stickers, cards and the mailing list. Because of his professionalism and dedication to the success of the band, Joe is the man to see if you are interested in booking the Manx for a show.
